Automobile Tyre Pte Ltd (Amtyre) is an online tyre shop that sells commercial tyres to the Singapore market. Their business model is a combination of eCommerce, where customers can purchase online, and leads generation, where customers call in to make an order.
The business owner has paid 2 different “experts” on other platforms but has no results on both occasions.
The only source of traffic was coming from a small Adwords campaign, with zero organic traffic and worse of all no sales conversions.
THE STATEGY
The initial website was a mess so we discussed with the owner and decided to start with a brand new domain where we map out the URL structure and redesigned the brand.
The competitors have been in the industry for an average of 13 years which means we needed to workout a keyword and link building strategy to compete as a brand new website.
We decide to focus on building local authority by prospecting for relevant authority sites for link placement. This wasn’t easy as the market within the country was smaller, hence lesser pool of websites to reach out to.

THE ACTION
After doing a detailed keyword research, we went after keywords that are easy to rank for & relevant to the products offered on the site.
With over 300+ products, we prioritized the list of important pages and optimize their on-page elements for conversions.
We reached out to relevant websites and exchanged values for link placements. Not only that, we make sure to diversify our link profile & our anchor text profile.
